The 2019 Vanguard GT is just two months away and it’s time to start getting excited! Preregistration closes in one month, so if you are planning on coming I would recommend that you register soon before the price goes up.
I’m also going to start posting some videos over on our Facebook event so people can see how things are shaping up. You should definitely join it so you can stay up to date, if you haven’t already.
I’d also like to remind people that there is a Best Club award for the club with the highest combined score of their top three members. Clubs don’t need to be official, any group of three players who say they are a club for the weekend is good enough for me. 😉 So encourage a couple of friends to come along and compete for the Best Club award.
And there’s one last fun tournament feature I’d like to remind you of – first round challenges. You can challenge another player to a grudge match in the first round on our Facebook event. Since we have themed tables, the challenge can take place on a table themed for one of the two armies, usually the one that was challenged. This adds a little extra fun to the challenge as one army gets to defend their home turf against an invader. The list of current challenges and open tables is here.
