I’m happy to announce that the 2022 Vanguard GT will be happening one week early than originally announced. The new date is April 29th – May 1st. Big thanks to our friends at the Pilgrimage GT for moving their event up a couple of weeks to make a little more room on the event calendar. Pre-registration and room reservation still opens on January 6th.
It’s still a long ways off and there’s plenty of work to do between now and then, but I’m happy and excited to say that we will be back as an in-person GT in 2022! The 2022 Vanguard GT will be on May 6th-8th, 2022! Registration and room reservations will open on January 6th, 2022.

Unfortunately, the vaccine rollout will not be far enough along for us to be able to run the event this April. I know a lot of people are excited about the prospects for running their summer and fall events this year, and I don’t want to postpone and then try to cram into what will likely be a full schedule. So it’ll be 2022 before we have another Vanguard GT. But I’m likely to run a couple of one day events once I’m vaccinated, either as local community building events or practice for upcoming GTs, so stay tuned for those and we’ll see you on the other side of this thing.
