We’re getting close…

I haven’t posted any updates in a while. Mostly because updates are meant to encourage people to register, and we filled up so quickly I haven’t really felt the need to. But we’re less than 2 months away, and the Pilgrimage is 2 weeks out, so it’s time to start getting everyone excited for the last Mid-Atlantic GT of the season before the 2022 Masters Team is set.

I’ll have regular updates on everything from event rules, terrain, and scoring, to logistics and parking and everything in between. So check back here or join our Facebook Event to stay up to date.

If you didn’t register in time, you can still email the TO and asked to be added to the wait list. The COVID case numbers are trending in an encouraging direction. At this time, we’re still requiring that everyone be vaccinated and boosted, and will decide about testing requirements as we get closer to the event based on the conditions at that time.

We’re full!

Big thanks to everyone who registered! At this time all the available spots are spoken for. We’re going to look into the feasibility of adding another table or two, and it’s always possible that someone will have to drop. So if you are interesting in coming but weren’t able to get a spot, you can email the TO to be added to the wait list and we will accommodate you in order as spots open up.

We’re half full already!

One week into pre-registration, and we’ve already filled just over half the spots. If you are planning on attending, I wouldn’t procrastinate on signing up as I expect us to fill up soon. I will be running a wait list, and will look into adding some more space if needed, but you’re still better off getting a spot now.
