Registration for the 2024 Vanguard GT opens tomorrow, January 8th, at noon EST! The first 16 spots and guest rooms in the venue will be available starting at noon. Happy New Year! This is a friendly reminder that registration opens one week from today, on January 8th at noon.

The 2024 Vanguard GT will be April 26th-28th. Registration will open at noon on January 8th, 2024.

We had a lot of interest last year, and filled up very fast. In order to accommodate more people, we are going up to 32 spots.

Also, we are going to do registration a little differently to try to give people a better chance at registering without feeling like they have to hover over the ‘send’ button waiting for registration to open. We are going to accept registrations on a first-come-first-served basis until the first 16 spots are filled. After that, we are going to hold all registrations until Friday the 12th.

On the 12th, if there are more than 16 held registrations, we will draw the remaining 16 spots from the held registrations at random. Registrations that aren’t drawn will be added to the wait list in the order they were received. If there are fewer than 16 held registrations, then we will register all of them on the 12th.

We will only accept 3 registrations for any one club in the first 16 spots, additional registrations from club members will be held until the 12th. This is to give as many clubs as possible a good chance to have enough players to qualify for the Cornwell Cup.

Also, you may register yourself and one additional person. This is to help accommodate people who are planning to share rooms/tents/vehicles and register in the first 16 spots. Random draw registrations will still be done on an individual basis.
